Ashley currently maintains quality system approvals by Triumph, Northrop Grumman, GKN Aerospace, Kaman Aerospace, North America Subaru, and CPI Aero.

Ashley Machine & Tool is approved for heat Treat (Mil-H-6875) and Magnetic Particle Inspection (ASTM E-1444) by the U.S. Navy Department; Magnetic Particle Inspection (KPS 208) and Brush Cadmium Plating (Mil-Std-865) by Kaman Aerospace; and hot forming of aluminum alloys (GSS 5300) by Northrop Grumman.

Ashley Machine & Tool has a Brown& Sharp DEA Scirocco NT CMM. This state-of-the-art CMM has measurement capabilities of 51” x 157” x 39”. The system has direct CAD interface of CATIA and Unigraphics models as well as for IGES.

Ashley Machine & Tool has a 2,500 square foot climate controlled inspection area completely equipped with conventional inspection equipment and CMM’s.
