Ashley Machine & Tool Company begins its tooling and operation planning by carefully studying customer blueprints, 3-D models, and specifications for parts and assemblies. Programming is accomplished using several PC-based workstations. Workstations are equipped with a Numerical Control Computer Sciences NCL programming system, CATIA software, and Varimetrix. In addition, AutoCAD is utilized for accurate and efficient tool design.
