Ashely Machine & Tool Company begins its tooling and operation planning by carefully studying customer blueprints of specifically designed parts.  Engineering expertise and experience at Ashley allows transformation of raw material to finished products quickly and efficiently.

Programming is accomplished using several PC based work stations.  Work stations are equipped  with a Numerical Control Computer Sciences NCL programming system, CATIA software, and Varimetrix.  In addition, AutoCAD is utilized for accurate and efficient tool design.
